Artist-in-Residence Adam Raftery is the Kitchen Director at Waterworks restaurant in Winooski, VT. He lead the opening of the Copper Grouse restaurant at The Taconic Hotel in Manchester back in 2015. He is back in the area with his Sous Chef, Cait, for the week to team up with JJ Hapgood for a kitchen takeover!
Prime Rib Friday includes:
Herb & garlic crusted 12oz Prime Rib with horseradish sauce.
Baked sweet potato with honey butter, served with traditional Caesar salad.
