Artist-in-Residence Adam Raftery is the Kitchen Director at Waterworks restaurant in Winooski, VT. He lead the opening of the Copper Grouse restaurant at The Taconic Hotel in Manchester back in 2015. He is back in the area for the week to team up with JJ Hapgood for a kitchen takeover!
Seafood Saturday includes:
Crab cakes with Dijon Mustard sauce, greens and lemon wedge.
Bouillabaisse with Littleneck Clams, Mussels, Shrimp, Haddock, Crusty Bread, Rouille, Potatoes, and Traditional Tomato-Saffron broth.
